Cook
$18-$22/hr

Prep Cook: preparing ingredients, able to perform a variety of cuts, and handle food products safely.

Line Cook: cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Event Cook: assist with final touches for food prepared for an event, or working a station and interacting with guests.

Server / Bartender
$18-$22/hr

Knowledge of different types of service: buffet service, plated service, and canape/cocktail service.

Able to carry 3 plates, able to properly set a table, and how to set down and clear plates.

Has a Smart Serve Certificate.

Bartenders: knowledge of a variety of wines, beers, spirits and mixed drinks. Able to work a bar solo or as part of a team.

Housekeeper
$18-$20/hr

Confident with all current cleaning and sanitation protocols.

Able to clean a variety of rooms and environments, including: guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, games room, theatre, dining hall, elevator, reception area, etc.

Able to professionally interact with patrons of the establishment and offer a welcoming environment.
