Staff can accept or decline shifts based on their availability - no more missed special occasions or having to put in a request for time-off.


Staff are able to work at  different environments and accept more shifts at locations that they like.


Staff with strong client reviews will be offered more shifts, increased compensation when possible, higher-level placements, and preference for direct employment opportunities.

  • Able to use an industrial dishwasher.

  • Familiar with a 3-sink system.

  • Able to clean the kitchen floors, storage areas, take out the trash, and break down boxes.

  • Able to restock plates, cutlery, pots/pans, tools.

Kitchen Helper


  • Assist with stocking and re-stocking kitchen items and food products.

  • Help to keep the kitchen clean and organized.

  • Assist in wrapping, bagging, packing, plating, storing.

  • Handling food as instructed by the Chef.

  • Prep Cook: preparing ingredients, able to perform a variety of cuts, and handle food products safely.

  • Line Cook: cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

  • Event Cook: assist with final touches for food prepared for an event, or working a station and interacting with guests.

Sous Chef / Chef


  • Able to work independently or lead a team.

  • Fully versed in all types of cuisines, cuts, and cooking techniques.

  • Able to take on added responsibility with administrative tasks, staff training and/or management, and  overseeing kitchen operations.


Server / Bartender


  • Knowledge of different types of service: buffet service, plated service, and canape/cocktail service.

  • Able to carry 3 plates, able to properly set a table,  and how to set down and clear plates.

  • Has a Smart Serve Certificate.

  • Bartenders: knowledge of a variety of wines, beers, spirits and mixed drinks. Able to work a bar solo or as part of a team.


FOH Supervisor


  • Able to lead a team and jump in to assist with service as needed.

  • Responsible for checking staff in and out, leading the pre-event meeting and assigning staff to different tasks.

  • Has a Smart Serve Certificate.

  • Confident with all current cleaning and sanitation protocols.

  • Able to clean a variety of rooms and environments, including: guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, games room, theatre, dining hall, elevator, reception area, etc.

  • Able to professionally interact with patrons of the establishment and offer a welcoming environment.

At the Cash Register

Cashier / Runner


  • Able to use a touch screen and interact with customers.

  • Able to run food and drinks to customers as needed.

  • Professional and friendly attitude.

  • Able to handle cash and other forms of payment.

People Carrying Boxes



  • Assist with loading and unloading.

  • Able to move equipment, products, boxes, or goods to various parts of the facility.

  • Able to help with inventory.

  • Can complete packing, picking, boxing, and sealing.


Delivery Driver


  • Need a full G license, clean driving abstract, and experience driving a cube truck or cargo van.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

  • Must be able to follow directions, specific delivery instructions, and become familiar with the given delivery route.
